There are not enough good words to say about Matthew. We've used him on two separate homes and he will forever be our "go to" for roofing and inspections. Heck, if he starts any other businesses, we will be his first customers. He sits down and explains each step in a way that makes perfect sense. Great job !!!! Bryan was there through every step and completed the job almost to the day of when promised. I especially like the lead covered vent pipes in place of the old style rubber boot vent caps, in the Florida Sun those old style don’t last very long. The project was cleaned up nicely and the new roof looks great!

Ray(rep for Ideal) was extremely helpful and patient with me. I had been scammed previously for other types of work and was very wary. He handled everything very professionally and explained all the details. Eric, the owner, even came to one meeting to introduce himself and answer any questions. Brian and his crew were polite, hardworking and punctual, arriving early and waiting each morning to enter through the guard gate at the allowed time. The crew worked so hard, even with the intense heat, and storms. They cleaned up the mess and left me with no residual cleanup at the end of the job. I would highly recommend Ideal to anyone who needs a roofing job completed professionally and correctly.
