As an Account Manager at iDEAL, you are the face of the company for homeowners — guiding them through every step of their roofing project with transparency, professionalism, and genuine care.
Responsibilities
- Conduct free roof inspections and consultations with homeowners
- Build and present detailed, transparent estimates
- Guide clients through the insurance claims process
- Manage client communication from first call through project completion
- Coordinate insurance supplements and maximize client coverage
- Build long-term relationships and generate referral business
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
- Experience in roofing, construction, or insurance sales preferred
- Reliable transportation and valid Florida driver’s license
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage your own schedule
Compensation
- Base + commission structure with strong earning potential
- Top performers earn $70,000–$120,000+
- Mileage reimbursement and phone allowance
Our installation crews are the heartbeat of iDEAL. We’re looking for experienced, reliable roofers who take pride in quality work, show up on time, and leave every job site cleaner than they found it.
Responsibilities
- Tear-off and installation of asphalt shingle, metal, and tile roofing systems
- Follow Florida building code standards and manufacturer installation specs
- Complete daily cleanup and maintain a safe, organized job site
- Communicate professionally with supervisors and clients on site
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of roofing installation experience
- Experience with shingle, metal, or tile preferred
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- OSHA 10 certification a plus
Compensation
- $22–$35/hr depending on experience
- Consistent year-round work — no seasonal layoffs
- Performance bonuses for quality and efficiency
The Production Coordinator keeps every active project on track — from permit to final inspection. You’re the operational hub connecting crews, clients, suppliers, and management.
Responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate crews across multiple active projects
- Track permit applications, inspections, and code compliance
- Manage material orders, delivery scheduling, and supplier relationships
- Communicate daily project updates to clients and account managers
Compensation
- $45,000–$65,000 annually depending on experience
- Performance bonuses tied to project delivery metrics
Our inspectors are on the front lines — conducting free roof assessments for homeowners, documenting conditions with precision, and building the trusted foundation that converts leads into signed jobs.
Requirements
- Roofing inspection experience or strong construction background
- HAAG certification or willingness to obtain it (company-sponsored)
- Comfortable at heights and on rooftops in Florida conditions
- Valid Florida driver’s license and reliable vehicle
Compensation
- $50,000–$75,000+ depending on volume and conversion
- HAAG certification training provided for qualified candidates
