As an Account Manager at iDEAL, you are the face of the company for homeowners — guiding them through every step of their roofing project with transparency, professionalism, and genuine care. This is a high-impact role with strong earning potential for the right person.
Responsibilities
- Conduct free roof inspections and consultations with homeowners
- Build and present detailed, transparent estimates
- Guide clients through the insurance claims process and advocate on their behalf
- Manage client communication from first call through project completion
- Coordinate insurance supplements and maximize client coverage
- Build long-term relationships and generate referral business
What We’re Looking For

- Experience in roofing, construction, or insurance sales preferred
- Reliable transportation and valid Florida driver’s license
- Comfortable working outdoors and on roofs for inspections

Responsibilities
- Tear-off and installation of asphalt shingle, metal, and tile roofing systems
- Follow Florida building code standards and manufacturer installation specs
- Protect the property — plywood on hard surfaces, netting for landscaping
- Complete daily cleanup and maintain a safe, organized job site
- Communicate professionally with supervisors and clients on site
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of roofing installation experience
- Experience with shingle, metal, or tile preferred
- Ability to work in Florida heat and outdoor conditions
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- OSHA 10 certification a plus
Compensation
- $22–$35/hr depending on experience and skills
- Consistent year-round work — no seasonal layoffs

The Production Coordinator keeps every active project on track — from permit to final inspection. You’re the operational hub connecting crews, clients, suppliers, and management, making sure nothing falls through the cracks.
Responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate crews across multiple active projects
- Track permit applications, inspections, and code compliance
- Manage material orders, delivery scheduling, and supplier relationships
- Communicate daily project updates to clients and account managers
- Monitor quality control and ensure completed work meets iDEAL standards
- Handle project documentation, photos, and completion records
Requirements
- Prior experience in construction project coordination or operations preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency with scheduling tools and basic project management software
- Ability to handle a fast-paced environment with multiple moving parts
Compensation
- $45,000–$65,000 annually depending on experience
- Performance bonuses tied to project delivery metrics
Our inspectors are on the front lines — conducting free roof assessments for homeowners, documenting conditions with precision, and building the trusted foundation that converts leads into signed jobs.
Responsibilities
- Conduct free, professional roof inspections for residential and commercial properties
- Use satellite imagery, drone footage, and moisture mapping tools
- Document damage thoroughly for insurance claims
- Provide homeowners with clear, honest assessments and written reports
- Collaborate with account managers to present estimates and recommendations
Requirements
- Roofing inspection experience or strong construction background
- HAAG certification or willingness to obtain it (company-sponsored)
- Comfortable at heights and on rooftops in Florida conditions
- Strong communication skills and a customer-facing demeanor
- Valid Florida driver’s license and reliable vehicle
Compensation
- $50,000–$75,000+ depending on volume and conversion
- HAAG certification training provided for qualified candidates
