Do you charge for roof inspections?

Never. All inspections are 100% free with zero obligation. We use drone aerial footage, thermal imaging, and satellite measurements on every inspection at no cost to you.

Will my insurance cover roof replacement?

If storm damage is involved, your homeowner's policy very likely covers it. About 60% of our work involves insurance claims. We handle the entire process including filing, adjuster meeting attendance, and supplement negotiation at no extra charge.

How long does a roof replacement take?

Asphalt shingle: 1-3 days. Metal roofing: 1-2 weeks. Tile roofing: 2-3 weeks. Insurance-involved jobs take 1-3 months total due to claim processing.

Do you offer financing?

Yes. We offer 0% APR same-as-cash financing (12 months) and longer-term plans from 7.99% APR up to 144 months.

What areas do you serve?

We serve the full Tampa Bay region including Bradenton, Sarasota, Tampa, Lakewood Ranch, Parrish, Venice, North Port, Brandon, and Riverview — plus the Florida Panhandle including Santa Rosa Beach, Panama City, and Destin.

What roofing materials do you install?

We install asphalt shingle, standing seam metal, metal shingle, clay tile, concrete tile, and TPO/flat roofing systems. As a GAF Certified Plus contractor and Owens Corning Preferred contractor we offer enhanced manufacturer warranties.
